The test tab allows some tests to be performed on the Traction Control module.
Control Switch
This shows the status of the target slip control switch and allows the status LED on the control switch module to be tested.
The LED is bi-color (it can be red or green), so if the LED has both green and red enabled it will appear orange.
ECU Output
This allows the ECU analog output to be tested,
Test ECU output voltage will generate a voltage on the ECU output wire. Using the ECU software you can then check that the ECU input (normally ELD) reads the same voltage as the test output. You can also test what the maximum voltage able to be read by the ECU is.
Test over slip generates a voltage based on the over slip setting and the over slip to voltage conversion settings. It is useful to test the slip to voltage conversion settings if you have changed those settings from the defaults.
Hardware Status
This shows the Traction Control module version, serial number and additional information.
