The traction control produces a square wave output for each wheel which can be used for external dataloggers.
The output is a +3.3V/0V square wave at half the frequency of the wheel speed sensor input.
Some dataloggers can not cope with a very high speed input, so an output divisor can be used to reduce the output frequency.
