Features
| • | Fuel and ignition and many many more parameters |
| • | Rev, launch and speed limiters. |
| • | Map tracing & lambda overlay. |
Tuning Notes
| • | Knock control for the 2.0L can vary between 54 to 80 percent. It is common to have a knock control around 75 percent. |
| • | To set up different power levels, enable Hondata mode and set the Economy torque table lower than the normal table then you can switch between them using the ECON switch. |
| • | When rev hang has been disabled, turning the main cruise control button on will cause the throttle to go back to stock behavior. |
Dyno Procedure
Gear ratios
Disable VSA
| 1. | Switch on ignition but do not start engine. Release the parking brake. Press the brake pedal. |
| 2. | Hold VSA control until VSA disable light is on. Hold again until light goes off. |
| 3. | Switch on the parking brake on and release the brake pedal. |
| 4. | Hold VSA control until VSA disable light is on. Hold again until light goes off. |
| 5. | Press and hold the brake pedal |
| 6. | Hold VSA control until VSA disable light is on. Hold again and the VSA disable light should flash. |
Note that this must be done each time the ignition is switched off and on.
Dyno
| • | Start engine (without switching off ignition). |
| • | Put car in 2nd gear and cruise under minimal to no load. VSA as well as other systems will fail which will then allow the car to shift. |
| • | Shift to desired gear for dyno. |
| • | For dyno pull launch in F3 mode, suggested window is 2500 rpm to 6200 rpm, no lead-in or lead-out, sweet rate 500 rpm/s |
| • | Throttle pedal initially needs to be 35-40% so that the transmission will not downshift. Note that the throttle plate will open fully with this pedal input. |
| • | At 3500 rpm start increasing throttle to 100% at 4500 rpm. |
VSA and other errors should clear after a short drive where all four wheels are turning equally.
Dash Errors
If after reflashing the dash shows multiple errors (ABS, ACC etc).
| • | Clear errors code using OBDII diagnostics Note that the last tab 'diagnostics' should be used. Refresh DTCs and then clear DTCs. |
| • | Switch off ignition, restart vehicle |
| • | Drive the vehicle for 5 minutes |
| • | Switch off ignition, restart vehicle |
