DTC error codes

Non standard error codes added by Hondata:

P0176        Ethanol sensor input error

               Set when the ethanol sensor frequency is out of range.  Probably caused by electrical noise or low voltage while cranking.

       Daughter board communication error (battery voltage low when cranking)

               Set when the KPro board cannot communicate with the ECU.

P0217        Engine over-heating

               Set when the coolant temperature is higher than the temperature specified in Parameters.
