s300 keeping injectors on at all times

i recently bought a hondata s300 unit installed into a p28.. the problem im having is tha as soon as i turn the ignition switch to the on position the computer is keeping the injectors and the fuel pump on at all time fludding the engine with fuel.. the engine light stays on at all times and i cant datalog, the coputer is brand new this is my first time trying it on the car..any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks[/b]

What is the serial number of the s300?
