Adjust timing on S300

Hello Everyone,
I will first say that yes I am a noob when it comes to certain aspects of tuning and I must say that while the Hondata unit it wonderful I find myself lost a little when it comes to SManager.
I have a D16Y8 running 310cc injectors and a Trust turbo.
I have done a basemap and have my wideband hooked up and it has been pretty much in the ballpark however SManager has the default timing set to 16 however the D16Y8 timing is 12 (middle dot when you place a light on it) from the factory.
I for the life of me cannot find a place to change the timing other then the "Set timing" under the online menu which reverts back after closing the window.
Reason I am checking everything is that I am reading around 14.7 AF at idle however I am still getting a fair amount of moisture and oil out of the exhaust (Could be left over from initial tuning) and am thinking that the Hondata unit sitting at 16 may be causing an issue.
If anyone has information or suggestions please pass them along.
(Yes I did RTFM and the tuning guides however the guides say "set it to 16" which is wrong because not all engines produced by Honda are 16. If someone wishes to argue this I will buy you a plane ticket to come light gun my engine and 3 others to prove the point.)
