There is a 2002 Honda Civic Si with a K-Pro installed that when I plug it in to the laptop it appears as an S300 in device manager. KManager doesn't see it online at all and SManager can see it online but won't read data from it.

I've tried uninstalling SManager, removing the drivers, replacing them with the K-Pro drivers etc. etc. with no success.

Could the USB ID of the k-Pro have been changed, and if so how can I change it back????

This will have to be sent in and you will need to call to obtain an RMA number.
