A/F Sensor Error codes. HELP!

Post by btf »

Hello, I drive an ep3 CTR with i/h/e. I'm sorry but I don't know the serial of my K-pro...
to get to the point, a few days ago i got an error code, forgot the number, but it said Air fuel sensor slow response.
then last night it read Air fuel sensor no activity detected. The CEL only goes on when the car gets warm. Air fuel sensor is the 02 sensor, isn't it? Is it a bad sensor or is it possibly something else? I've changed the sensor a couple of months ago... Suggestions/ solutions appreciated

It is the o2 sensor. There is a correlation between vibration from an after market header and the sensor dying.

bump for an answer... and would it just need adjusting or would the vibrating be caused by something else?

If the sensor no longer works it must be replaced at the same time you fix the vibration or you will just keep damaging sensors.
