idle hunting after full throttle run

this is on an k20z3 in an rsx running kpro and kmanager v1.3.7. car runs great part throttle and idles perfectly at 750rpm but after a full throttle run to 8000rpm the idle will hunt between 1000 and 2000 rpm. first time it happened i simply plugged in the laptop to check for codes and there were none. shut off the car and restarted and the problem was gone drove over 300 miles fine. did another full throttle run tonight and same thing except it would hunt from 1000-2000rpm and slowly settle to 1200 until the throttle was opened and the whole process would start over again. any ideas?

The throttle plate is not shutting fully after wide open operation, or the idle valve needs cleaning. See http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4044
