Vtec engaging with TPS conditions?

I now have some problems with the vtec conditions since some car need vtec very low (3-4000 rpm)

I use the load condition, but when in 6th gears, and climbing a hill the load is as high that vtec engage.

I use TPS Vtec conditions with other management, and I ask you if in the future this will be available with your management
