Can a P05 Converted to P28 run an s300?

I've got a P05 which I converted to a P28 equivalent and it's currently running my LSV on Crome without issue.
Since I have a set of ITBs I'd like to control, I purchased an s300 for a 2nd P05 I plan to convert to P28 and want to make sure I won't have an issue since the P05 is not listed as a compatible ECU on Hondata's website.
