S300 problem

i have a brand new S300 here in a customers car that i just strapped a turbo too. the car ran perfect before all this. the only thing changed was 780cc precision injectors and a resister box wired in. all wiring is correct , car starts with a stock ecu but will not idle cause of the injectors.
when you try and start the car with the S300 , it starts and dies right away , and when it dies , it primes again right away without turning the key back and on again. weird.
wont run even by giving it gas , sounds like its gonna backfire if you keep trying.
engine light stays on constant from the time you turn the key on , i have no codes yet.
it says the ecu is connected and you can upload a calibration , but you cant datalog it seems. click the lightening bolt , nothing reads.
the LED on the s300 is a steady red with a green flash every couple seconds or so.
also after it runs and stalls , you can hear the IACV buzzing.
is this a bad ecu socketing job or what? ive never seen anthing like this and am totally stumped at the moment.
