Fuel Gauge doesnt work correctly with map calibration

i use FG2/FA5, MAP based, Injen CAI, race header, highflow cat, stock catback, calibration and when i am driving around i am already getting bad gas mileage but the fuel gauge drops abnormally fast. in 5 minutes of driving it dropped 2 bars from a full tank after having filled up. I reflash it to the stock calibration and in about 2 minutes of driving the gauge goes up the 2 bars. What gives? flashpro version 1.1.0.6
