Transmission gear ratio

I ran a 13.343 @ 100.52 mph with a 1.802 60ft in june.
Since then the differential blew up when I went to go do my 12 second run.

I have a y7 tranny, and installed a ex s40 tranny but never changed the gear ratio on the s300.

I ran a 13.6 @ 100.xx mp with a 1.819 60ft babying the car.

My question is will changing the gear ratio in smanager make a difference in my 1/4mile times?

Should I expect more power and higher top-ends?

It shouldn't unless it is affecting the accuracy of your boost by gear settings.
