Swapping out K-pro

I'm moving out of state and my friend wants to use my k-pro but I have a question regarding the logistics of the swap.

So, I have a 02 Type-S k-pro and he has a stock 02-04 Type-S ECU. We drive to the dealership and do they swap it out for us? Would he need to follow the directions on http://www.hondata.com/immobilizer.html to re-program the k-pro's immobilizer for his car? Or are there any other special steps? Can the dealer re-program the stock ECU for me?

Sorry I know this sounds like a really newb question but after all this time of learning how to datalog/calibrate, I never learned how to take out the K-pro!

Thanks!

You'll have to meet at the dealer and have the Keys and immobilizers matched to both cars. This is the best way to do it so that both cars have functional immobilizers to help prevent theft.
