04 motor in a 06 Tsx w/ reflash

Hey, I had an engine swap done to my car about a year ago and I just found out they put an 04 motor into my 06 Tsx.

I had the Hondata reflash done to my car 2-3 months ago. Should I be worried about anything here? I know there were some changes done with the 06+ motors.

There should be no problem with that.

I had the reflash done for an 06 motor. I didn't find out the motor was an 04 til after the reflash. So everything should be fine then?
