Calibration for Turbo B18B Fully Built???

Ok, I need something that is going to make my car idle a little easier so I can drive it in vacuum to the tuner as soon as I get the swap done. Here is the setup; I know it is just recommended to add the parts you have to the premade maps, but are there any other things that must change before the startup to ensure I don't make a $13,000.00 Bomb?:
Benson Sleeved B18B Block, 84mm
CP 9.0:1 Pistons
BC Stage 2 Turbo Cams
KMS Stage 3 Head Package
Oversized Supertec Valvetrain
KMS Hi Flow Oil Pump
Edelbrock Victor X Manifold
Golden Eagle Fuel Rail
ID Precision 1000cc Injectors
Maxbore Throttle Body Service (~66mm?)
GSR Trans with spool and LS 5th
Walboro 345 Fuel Pump
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator
Hondata 4Bar MAP Sensor
Hondata S300 in a P28
and I plan to run:
minimum an SC61 turbo
Topmount mani
4" exhaust
Spark plugs in the 8 or 9 heat range (whatever tuner wants...)
I intend on running 93 octane if that makes a difference. All I need is a good basemap that will let me drive across town to get the charge piping welded solid and then 45 minutes away is the tuner.... Thank you in advance for your time. :D
