trouble uploading and downloading with new version Smanager

Hi guys,
I've recently downloaded the latest version software into my laptop and had problems downloading the ecu map into the Smanager.
It all seems fine when i connect the USB cable, the bottom left says online. I download and the status bar reads fine but the map displayed had 0 values across the entire map. It was like an empty map.
When i opened a new file and tried to upload, there was error and it could not be done.
Datalogging works fine...so what can be the problem?
A wrong version Smanager?
I tried updating USB...
I know my ECU is probably running an old version software. So what can i do to solve this?
thanks

If you do not have your calibration saved on your laptop and cannot download it from the ECU then you should contact whoever tuned it and have them send you the calibration. If you go to File, New and load a new calibration what happens when you upload it to the ECU?

when i try to upload it with a new calibration from the laptop, there was error. I cannot be uploaded.
Do i have to use the older version V1.36 instead? Do i need to update the ecu in order to use the new Smanager?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are currently using?

with the latest version, mine has been having trouble uploading changes to the tune. the bars will move across till its almost done, then it will stop and try at least 3 times before i get a failure to upload. if i switch usb ports it will upload off of one usually, but not always datalog off of both if that makes sense.
so one works for datalogging and one works for uploading.(i've updated the drivers etc...)

Try it on a different laptop, it sounds like there may be a problem with your laptop's USB.

Please start a separate thread as it sounds like you have a separate issue and you have not really given much info.
