can i use the preloaded LS/Vtec with ITB's preloaded with the S300 or is there a better one to use?

You can use it as a starting point and then begin tuning from there. Anytime you are tuning a highly modified engine, even a similar base calibration will require a lot of custom tuning to get it right.
