K24a2 Overheating Calibration?

My brother and I both have an 04 TSX motor with a gt30r and are currently sharing the same calibration. We both are experiencing overheating problems. I've explored almost every option to know why we are both overheating. I've replaced my half-size radiator with a full RSX mishimoto radiator. I installed dual FAL fans with shrouds. I changed to a k-tuned swivel thermo and tried many different temps including removing the thermo. I've purged the system many times several times with a vacuum. The temps are managable under normal driving conditions but slowly creap up to 204 or so and quickly increase to 216+ when the a/c is turned on. My brother experiences almost exact syptoms. I'm not savy with k-pro so I'm posting here to get some help with what could possibly be going on. Please help if you can.

When the temperature increases slowly and then much more rapidly once it reaches 200 or so, then the cause is that the cooling system is not holding pressure.

I'll pressure test the system today and give some results. Could it be a the radiator cap from Mishimoto?

Without pressure testing both the system and the radiator cap, it isn't exactly possible to guess. Time to start by testing those and then trying to reduce the underhood temperatures somehow.. Is the turbo wrapped?

Hey Joe, I made a makeshift system pressure tester and it seems to hold. I'm trying to make a cap that will hold to test my theory.

You have a pressure tester attached to your arm - with the engine warm, squeeze a radiator hose. They should be fairly solid. Compare to a known good / stock vehicle if you need a reference point.

Lol, i was thinking about making a cap with a psi gauge attached to it with a long hose so that I can see how much pressure I'm getting in there on the road. That way, when I order a cap it will hold it.

I don't know what type of car the K24 is installed in but when put in an EP3 chassis we need to jack the front end of the car high to get all the air out of the system.
May not apply in this case but food for thought.
