Urgent Problem. Smanager Problem!!

Driving a 2000 Si, with smanager went to do a datalog, completed the datalog and started to make my adjustments. Once i finished my adjustments, with real time updates we did one more datalog, finishing my adjustments for that datalog, i clicked the upload button to ensure changes made in the parameters where installed also. Computer started to upload to the ECU, and then the car started to buck and spudder.
shut the car down, removed key from ignition, restarted the car and When i press the lightening bolt to datalog sensors the IAVC starts making weird noise revving up and down, the tach on Smanager, shoots to 54983 RPM!!! all the other sensors read incorrect also, 545.59 MAP, and we have Error codes 1-23 but the check engine light on the cluster doesnt come on.. but the bulb definitly works!!!
