problem for a while so let me just say everything its doin. 1 Its sorta hard to start if it hasn't been running already. Like you turn the key, let the pump prime andthen crank it, it just spins over and over. If you let off the key, let it prime again and then start again, after a few seconds of spinning, it starts and then it runs rough for a second. This part of my problem isn't a big problem just thought it might mean something. 2 This is where most aggravation comes in. Off idle and up into the midrange while driving normaly, i have what feels like a miss or surging.But if you drop a gear and give it the gas it seems to run pretty hard and strong. When you back off of it its back to running crappy. Adding to this, if its idling and you slowly rev it up it sounds awful. Like its missing or has a dead cylinder. I dont think thats what it is but thats what it sounds like until you get to about 5 grand or so. 3 Also if you rev it up in neutral the rev limiter kicks in about 6800 occasionally and about 7400 usually. I thought the pr3 ecu reved out at 8000. 4 I read all the stuff about two oxygen sensors. Checked mine out and found it only had one on the collector. And the plugs are wired together. I unplugged the connectors for both sensors. Cleared computer and ran car. I dont get any error codes for the unplugged sensors. Whats the deal. And the car ran a little better if any at all.

Thanks ahead of time for any help. I really need to get this figured out. I live in Alabama and there is like no help for me around here.

Also the rev limiter is suposed to be lower rpm with the car stopped
