Help.. install shop and troubles...

Post by beep!beep! »

nephew purchased a S300 for his '00 Integra, but had never had it installed. The shop has provided atrocious service, and now it seems they put back a non-stock ECU, #37820-P75-C05, and insisted he needed an OBD2 to OBD1 adaptor cable.

What to do? Does Hondata back up their re-sellers or end users? Hope so, because in this case neither the s300 , nor the adaptor cable will work.

Hew was quoted $800 for the Hondata installed, plus another $1200(CAD) to tune it. He's been sold a BS line. Anyone have any ideas?

if this is an open forum message, I'd rather not specify. here. If you so choose, please email me direct if you are a part of the company, and I'll provide complete details.

thanx
