i have purchased a p30 ecu to use with my hondata s300. I currently have it in a p28, but would like to switch it over to the p30 for the knock sensor. when i took the cover off the p30, i noticed the spot that you have to chip, is located directly under neath the circuit board. is there a different system of s300 to fit into the p30/p72(knock capable) or, as i noticed in ohter photo's, that upper circuit board get moved tothe other side??

A breif explaination of what to do, or if this will work would be apprechiated!

thanks!

It sounds like you have a JDM P30. You will have to get a s300j for that ECU.
