Anti-Lag building very little boost

Frist off I'd like to say that I have searched this issue at length and have tried various fuel and timing retard combinations. For some reason I am only able to make 1.5psi with anti-lag I have tried settings up to:
350% fuel enrichment
-40 deg of timing
My launch rev limiter is 4000 rpm and fuel activation is 3500. I am wondering what I can do to make this work. I run a very large turbo on my car (Holset HX52, similar to a GT42). Is this just the nature of the beast or am I doing something wrong? Also how much timing can I retard without causing problems?
Any help would be great, thanks in advance :)

post a datalog.
raise your limiter to 6000, and change fuel to 400. Did you make sure to put a -40 and not 40 in the timing field?

Yes I confirmed that I put -40 timing. I will try your suggestions today and hopefully post a log.
Is the Fuel value an actual percentage of fuel enrichment or is it similar to the fuel values in the fuel MAP? I thought I read something that said it was a percentage.

to be honest I'm not sure. But 400 seems to be the magic number for every car I've set up, and close to, if not exactlythe same on the cars my tuner friends have done.

Whats the largest turbo you used with this value? And how much boost did it build when als was active?

for what it is worth, i have mine set to activate at 7022 and rev limit to 7500, and with 50% enrichment and -40* im getting like 15 psi. BUT, thats on a t3t67ho.

Thats considerably smaller than my turbo. Hopefully 400 fuel value works. Anyone else have any suggestions? Whats a safe amount of timing to pull?

the -40 is enough on the timing bud. The fuel is what you'll need to sort out. But give the 400 a try, and post up the D/L after.
