uploading my tune from the ecu

hey guys

I'm new at the tunning game, but not to hondas.

My car is tunned already but i don't have it on my laptop.
I was wondering how I upload my file from the ecu to S manager?

I just installed the software on my computer so I don't know if I need to do something first.

so a little more info as I work at it.

it looks like my computer is not finding the USB driver.
the bottom Left corner just says off line.

it make the sound like you usally hear when installing USB units.

I check with a working memory stick and the USB port on the conputer does work.

looking under the Device Maniger section

under the Universal bus controllers
the S300 Icon is NOT showing.

Is the light on the s300 coming on when you turn the key to the on position? What version of software are you using (from help, about) and what version of windows are you using?

so here is where I stand. I think its the computer.

yes the light is on.
I udated the shoftware it's 1.4.1.0
the cumputer is a tosiba and I run Windows XP
I tried reinstalling usp driver.

alos I loaded the software onto my Work computer and it worked.

I was able to change what I needed I just hope I will be able to use my home computer.
