2 different maps? E85/93oct?

I have been itching to switchover to E85 and was wondering if its possible to have 2 separately tuned maps with the S300. Im sure once I see the E85 numbers I won't even consider 93oct again, but someone mentioned you CAN do it with NepTune RTP(Not that I am going to switch to it)...

And Yes, I know I need bigger injectors.

yes you can have switchable maps on a toggle switch. Read the helpfile for details.
