So, I aquired a tunerview 2 and I am interested in it being the only gauge in my car other than stock cluster. In order to accomplish this I have to have oil pressure displayed.

Now, to display it, hondata has to log it. Help please.

The stock sender is only sending a open/closed signal(I think). But you should be able to calibrate an input for an aftermarket sending unit to monitor pressure.

i am data logging fuel pressure. all you need is a pressure transducer, get a voltage attach a pressure to it, and the hondata will log it.

this is the thread i started for datalogging fuel pressure.
it works very well.

Get your self a pressure transducer, autometer part number 2246 and wire number 5227. the sender should come with the specs you will need to input into the software. then go to the settings menu in the s300. use analog input 1 or 2. if your using 1 you have to install a 0.1uf capacitor into c42 if you use input 2 then you have to remove r2 & r3.

Then input the obvious data voltage vs value
Then go into sensors and scroll all the way down to analog 1 rename it oil pressure if you want and input the corresponding data IE minmum and maximum readings

wire the sensor to the TPS power and ground obd1 ecu are pins d20 and d22. as the autometer sensor needs a 5v source and 12v will fry it
