New to S300

I have a 2000 LS integra with a B18B. Bought an S300 unit and a P28 to go with it. I have the obd2b -> obd1 jumper harness. I loaded the p74 basemap and played around with the tuning a bit considering the mods. Engine runs fine. My question is, I had AC problems to where it wasn't blowing cold air, fixed that. Now it seems my evap unit isn't functioning due to some water/sweat coming out from the air unit under the dash. Is this a hondata controlled issue? or is it a p28/jumper harness issue? I'd like to know if I just have to put a wire from pin to pin or if it is something that can be fixed through the smanager.

Also, when WOT, my tach doesn't read past 5900 rpms. It randomly drops and just jiggles at 5900 while the engine speed keeps going.

You have wiring issues that need to be looked into. Are you using stock plug wires? Aftermarket plug wires or incorrect plugs will effect your tach and ultimatly the ecu.

i didn't change anything in the wiring.. it was working previously with the obd2b p75. I got the wiring harness conversion (obd2-> obd1) and plugged in p28 with hondata in it. then after i loaded the basemap from hondata menu, changed the injector sizes... revved it.. and it wouldn't rev past 6k.. only the tac won't read past 6k.. the engine clearly keeps going as indicated on the laptop.. any suggestions on what else can affect it.

Try the ECU in a known workign car and see if the AC works. If it does not, you may have a faulty P28, but it sounds like you may also have wiring issues in the car.

got the AC working.. box was checked off in hondata to shut it off at 3500 rpm. So I raised the rpm to 5500. I don't know what type of wiring issue I could have because none of the wires are spliced.. I'm the only owner of the car, everything worked fine before I swapped out the ECU's.. so ur thinkin i had a bad p28? Would that cause the tach not to rev above 6k rpm?

Have you datalogged this issue? does it show on the log?

The logs do not show a "twiddle" in the rpm at 6k.. it actually goes all the way to my limiter.. which is 7000. I'm going to plug in another gauge cluster or try out and independent tach see if it's the gauges.
