NEED HELP WITH MY TPS!!! reading high voltage

my TPS reads 2% open when i am idling without pressing the gas pedal and 113% at wide open throttle followed by CEL for TPS high voltage. What is going on here? How do I fix it??

Load your calibration into Kmanager, then with ignition on (engine not running) and datalogging, go to the Knock/TPS tab in Parameters and click read (minimum) with the throttle fully closed, then go wide open throttle and click read (maximum) a then upload the calibration.
