Thanks for this product (I have a FN2 with reflash hondata and now I will buy this).

Can the civic SI calibrations be used in the FN2 type R? or they are different?

And what is a "90 second programming time"?

We will have calibrations for the FN2. The Civic Si calibrations will not work very well.

It takes approximately 90 seconds to program the vehicle ECU.

Will there be base calibrations? Do you currently have base calibrations for I/H/E and cams? I have Toruku Street Cams arriving this monday.

There will be a calibration for the Injen CAI + header, which should be a good starting point. However, for cams you'll need to switch to the race program (non AFM) and get it tuned.

Can the AFM be completely removed and have no CELs?

Moreover, can the tuned calibration be downloaded from the ECU back to a different PC?

The AFM cannot be removed because it contains the IAT.

Calibrations can be downloaded from the FlashPro back to a different PC.

Any way to bypass teh AFM restriction, especially in very high HP setups? Like using an old Honda IAT and recalibrating the software for it?

Just make sure the intake tube is big enough that the AFM is not a restriction.

I watched the videos.

1. To tune even street cams I will have to disable the MAF and use the race program?

2. In the video Doug was using Lambda. How does this equate to AFR of 14.7 or 13? Is there a conversion factor or table?

1. No. You can use the AFM.

2. Lambda is the stoichiometric ratio. To convert to an air fuel ratio, multiply by 14.7

does the 02 sensor on the SI is wideband?

Yes, it is of a semi-wideband type. It appears to read lower than the RSX wideband (perhaps down to 10.5:1 rather than 11.4:1).

do you think in the future you will add a wideband input on the flashpro (like Hptuners) or via the ECU?

Hondata, while using the race program, will all the readiness codes still be ready or will there be any incomplete readiness tests stored in the ECU? I ask because in MA if all the readiness codes aren't passed or ready I will fail my state inspection. Can we set the readiness codes to ready like with the kpro software?

At this point we do not know if it will have the same function as KPro.
