Tune the V-Tec area to rich ?

Hi
After tune the non Vtec map on driving(it drives smooth with afr 14,8-13,5:1 afr) it seems to me that my Vtec map is a little bit too rich.
When Vtec switched on the Afr drop from 13,5 to 11-10,3:1 and it refs slow to 8k (faster then a non turbo vtec but i think it must ref harder).
The ignition timing is not changed from the basemap that S-Manager has created.
Should i tune the fuel map first and after this (when not much is changing on the ref speed) the ignition map ?
Is a Afr around 12:1 better to ref harder from 6-8k rpm ?
how lean can i go on full load ?
What ignition timing is save in full throttle from 6-8k rpm ?
Engine b16a2 and has Wiseco pistons, Eagle Rods, Blockguard, Skunk2 valves, stock camshafts, boost at this time around 7,5 Psi (i dont will raise up the boost because i have the stock map sensor and only 440ccm injectors)
