which errorcodes do you have?
do you have a wideband lambda meter?
do you know how to tune a car by yourself?
if not: take a tuner to help.

you should try do tune without a wideband. that WILL NOT WORK!
you will damage the engine.
what do you mean with "fry farren"?

buy a PLX (hondata recommends it) and plug it in.
how to do that you can read on the hondata homepages.

Q31 has nothing to do with the O2 heater. It is caused from swapping the plugs for the IAT and Purge valve.
