I just installed my Hondata S300. I bought it awhile back from a local speed shop. They installed it into an ecu and put the itr-stock calibration on it. I didn't install it right away. I finally got a laptop and installed it on Tuesday. I put the ecu in with the itr-stock calibration that they had on it (Smanager version 1.38 I believe). I drove it with no problems until today. I got my laptop out and installed SManager and then updated it. I connected it to my ecu and uploaded the itr-stck calibration (just making sure I could do it). It seemed to work fine. I then went to drive home and I had a check engine light. I hooked up my laptop again. It is not displaying any trouble codes. I can go to clear codes and it shuts the light off for about 10 seconds. Then it comes right back on. I also cannot go above 6k rpm.
Current Setup:
Stock 2000 ITR motor
Password JDM intake
Accel 300+ Digital Ignition
Accel 300+ 8.8 mm wires
AEM fuel pressure regulator
Apexi Neo (I know it is not needed I just didn't take the time to uninstall it yet, it is set to all stock)
All of these mods were on there when it worked fine earlier this week. The only thing I changed was the itr-stock calibration was re-uploaded. I currently have the 1.4.1 version.
Any suggestions?

I am wondering if I got a partial upload finished and then lost communication. I tried to do as RedR suggested and disable the knock sensor. I randomly got communication with my ecu. When I plug my ecu into my laptop, windows recognizes it and it shows up in my device manager. However, SManager does not always show it online. When it does show it online and I try to upload I do not get a status bar on my screen (I know after the first upload it is supposed to be really fast). I have a little green light near my usb plug-in. Is there anything I should check on the ecu or SManager software?
