iat fuel compensation; highest temp = 100F?

for several of the most recent versions of smanager, i have noticed that you can not raise the highest air temp any higher than 100 degrees F for the iat fuel compensations. i never noticed it before in earlier versions, so i dont know if it's always been like this or not.
why is this? and what can be done to correct it? because obviously iat's do go above 100 degrees F quite often

when i start a new map from a jdm p30 base, the highest iat temps start at 212, and it does allow me to change it. but my current map wont go past 100

obviously i know that all i need to do is start a new map and copy everything from my map over, but has anyone else ever run into this issue?

Go to Options, settings and make sure you have your units set to fahrenheit. You will find that 100 C is the same as the 212 F that is in the calibration.

that was the first thing i checked, even changed it back and forth a few times, and it still stuck at 100

Open your skl file in text editor and try to remove all "IAT Compensation" tables. Reopen your skl in SManager. This parameters will be set to default.

Text editor = notepad.

If you wish, you can post the calibration here and we'll edit it for you.

Woohoo IAT correction to 212F!!

Of course now the log is freezing after a minute or two??

Car was originally tuned on an older version of smanager and I have 1.4.2 on a vista laptop downloaded tune from P28 made adjustments to air temp table and reloaded. File loaded fine and car started fine. We logged it for a few mins during warmup then it froze on us??
Car is a 99SI making about 400whp GSR,P28,S300,HPlaptop with Vista,

Should I start a new thread here?
Thanks
Guys

Freezing is caused by using non-resistor spark plugs or having non-stock ignition system.

Thats what I was thinking to but one of your dealers reccomended BKRE6E and says they are indeed resistor plugs. They didnt have the IX part for whatever thats worth.

Really chasing a hot idle stall issue anyway. My vote is IAT temp table off but I need to put the WB on and check things out. However the car does smell a little of bad gas (or were crazy) and did have this same issue about 2 years ago and magically fixed itself. HUH?!

THanks for the help been scratching my head for a week
