Sorry my bad 310 they are, already ran that map it's ok with a few tweaks but there's more in other maps so fortunately i downloaded another members 217whp map for a k20a2 with itr cams and seems to pull hard with no knocking between 2k-3k after a few tweaks. I know the compression ratios are slightly different in the 2 engines but this should'nt be too off?

i forget the specific name of the cal but i used the k20a2 itr cams, toda header one for a while and my car ran good. on the tuning day we did a basline on it and made 230, ended up with 238 uncorrected whp that day.

I have one at home I will post up tonight for a close to identical setup

jdm type-R k20a
RBC IM
Hytech Header
stock injectors
custom CAI
PrototypeRacing velocity stack

here is a comparison between my .kal & stock ITR .kal (no other changes or mods) FYI this is on a low reading dynapack - I hit 230whp on a dynojet

the fuel maps could benefit from being smoothed out & adjust the spark maps according to any knock & make sure to check your actual a/f

it's almost the same setup we used
exept for the exhaust we have 2.75"

does your 230 whp is SAE or STD?

the graph & kal posted I had 3ft of 3" pipe off the header  I think my dynojet 230whp was std not sae

later on I did add a full kteller/burns stainless 3" exh with a 24" resonator & short muffler & made the same power.

eventually (with full 3") I switched IM's to a custom IM & 70mm TB & made 227/166 (gains throughout) - its tough to say which mod the power came from so I will be doing much more testing in the near future

NOTE the low cam is not fully tuned on my kal or in the graphs

that's weird! all your ignition timing look the same in all cam angles!
you made that power with this map?!
