24 x 20 maps for N/A engine, good or bad?

Hi,

I noticed in S300 that I can use it to show 5 bar maps, can I safely edit those boost values down, so it only uses vacuum points? ie set cell 24 to be 0.5 vacuum, as its in N/A tables?

and if I can safely do this, would there be any point to do it? are 10 vacuum cells enough and is that 24 vacuum cels just too much work thats not really needed?

Currently it feels good idea, much more accurate map for part throttle..?

You can do this, but there realy is no point as the ecu interpolates between the points that are there. Increasing the number of points will just make tuning take longer, but will not change the way the car runs.

I tried to make adjusted values for 16x20 map and this fails... is there a bug?
what happens is that when I go for boosted tables, see 16 vacuum cells.. I add some cells to left(so last cell has value of 0.5), then save map.. exit smanager and start it again. then I load my saved map and boom, it shows me 20 cels.. with last cells having values over 0.5! I tried to click it back to boosted cells, but it still shows like 20 cells there!

edit: found workaround for it!
