fpr and spark plug questions

my set up is b16a turbo, and hondata 3b.
im just wondering what pfr and plugs you guys can reccomend.

in the installation instructions it says to use a 1 to 1 rate fpr. i currently have the pos b&m command flow fpr which i belove is a 1 to 3 rate...not 100% sure though.

most people that i talk to reccomend ngk plugs with heat range 7....does any one have a part # for me?

B&M is fine.
NGK 7's are good too.

B&M is a 1:1 rate regulator. Set it close to stock fuel pressure and tune from there.
