for some reason when i restart my laptop smanager has some files that disappear. every time i click my shortcut it says searching for file i then go to the Smanager folder to find the main file missing. i also think the values only.display file is also deleting. i reinstall all my settings are fine and its setup like it was but its annoying that i must reinstall it every time i shutdown my laptop.
Is anyone else having this issue i have tried different paths everything i can think of. O and Kmanager is fine its only Smanager

Which anti virus are you running? AVG perhaps?

i am runing avg and i followed the thread to make smanager and kmanager not be detected and they both are not. only smanager is giving me this problem so if it was avg i would think kmanager would have issues also?

Try uninstalling AVG. I have not heard of anyone having this problem.

Just started a new job so i finally got time to do this. Uninstalled AVG and reinstalled the new version of Smanager. Shut down my laptop then turned it back on and we are Good!!! so this is another possible AVG problem you can add to the list. Never detected it as a virus cause i followed the thread about AVG but i dont know how this happened.

It won't detect it, it just keeps it from running and deletes it. You can try adding an exclusion which is mentioned in the sticky thread.

Yeah, I just bought a new laptop to go in the car, every few days it does this, I re-install it, and so on. I excluded it from scanned files.
