testing outputs to confirm nitrous working properly?

s300
nitrous switch wired into b5 as shown in hondata diagram
nitrous output to a15 as shown in hondata diagram
relay wired as shown in hondata diagram

a15 shows constant ground weather car on, off, switch on or off.
relay output to nitrous solinoid doesn't show any change regarding arming switch or satisfiying rpm, tps, load, etc.

using a test light to check on/off situation and want to make sure it's working properly before opening the bottle...don't want nitrous backfire before starting.

what should i be looking for at the input/output that i haven't already done?
shouldn't a15 show on/off ground and not constant?
what should i be seeing at the relay output to the solinoid when armed and conditions satisfied w/ rpm, tps, load, etc?

seems like i'm missing something simple...just too tired and frustrated to think straight and need another perspective.

Did you try inverting the output signal to see what happens?

Post the calibration in question
