im sitting in my car right now

got kpro in

turn the ignition to ON

kmanager says ECU detected

when i load a config then upload, it says failed - but i hear my fan in my engine bay spin down while it tries.....

any help? something im missing?

Try going to Online, Tools and clear the security before uploading a calibration.
