Ok, first off when I put my stock ecu in the car, it runs fine. When I put my s300 in, I get an injector code (16) and it only runs on three cylinders.
Last time I used the s300, it worked fine. Car has stock injectors in it, any suggestions? Thanks in advance, im lost.. hoping theres nothing wrong with my s300.

This does not sound like a problem with the s300, but a problem with either the ECU or with something in the vehicle such as wiring or the injectors themselves.

ok, thats what I figured, Im going to put it in another ecu when I get a chance. Thanks

maybe injector drivers shot in the ecu.

yea, unfortunately, thats what Im thinking. Im going to try it in a friends car and if it still gives a problem, Ill probably be ordering the obd2 p28 from you guys. Thanks.

peak and hold vs saturated

if you are running peak and hold injectors (low resistance) with no resistor box, this could be the reason the ecu is not firing one of the injectors.... it may have burned the circuitry up due to too much amperage from a low resistance load allowing more current through the ecu that designed. More current means more heat. The ecu's will cook the resistor drivers will peak and hold injectors in use with no resistor box to add resistance to the circuit. Just adding this so that you don't blow another ecu if this is what caused your problem initially.

Thanks, but I know not to run peak and hold without the box. I just took the ecu off my shelf and plugged it in, it worked last time I used it. Either way I bought a new ecu and havent had any problems. Thanks for the concerns though.
