I have mapped my S300 for the b16a2 (EUDM-Italy) with b-pipe headers and spoon spoon n1 muffler , intake, 68mm TB, etc. .... there is a map EUDM base on which to build?

We do not have any European specific calibrations, but you can start with any of the calibrations found by going to File, New and then start your tuning from there.
