S300 in 94 accord. Is there any wiring differences to do ?

Im having issues. I put s300 in friends car the ecu turns on but the led close to the usb plug is red not green.
Also when i go to uplink there is a alert beep every 2 seconds???

Was this s300 and ecu working in a vehicle prior to installing it in this vehicle?

nope. I got the car non running built the turbo kit and what not and now i can start the car up but when i go to uplink the lightning bolt i can not get a live stream it just beeps?

I would suggest trying the ECU on a known good car at this point as there may be some wiring problem with the vehicle you have it in right now.
