I just bought a wreck rsx and going to swap the motor in the a eg civic. I don't want to get the k pro yet and the type r ecu cost as much as the reflash, so i was wondering is there anyway to take out the immobilizer when reflashing it. I have the key, immobilizer, and ecu, but its going to be in a civic so i was wondering if there is a way to make the reflash work for the swap.

No, a reflash will not work. The only thing that will work with an engine swap is the K-Pro.

i was researching and i found a website where they have a product that disable the immobilizer on the k series so i was wondering if you guys have any experience with it or anything.
