LS-VTEC S300 part throttle hiccup

I have a 1993 Integra a built Ls-VTEC motor. I currently have a p28 with s300 as my ecu. The problem that I am having is under part throttle cruising/accelerating. The car has a hiccup, and I am not sure what is causing it. I have a datalog that should show this. I would appreciate any help on this.

post up a datalog than and your fuel map.

It can't be larger than 2MB.
