S300 / wideband question

Hello all,

I installed Hondata ECU(according to pages, its p28)+Hondata S300 and AEM Uego gauge wideband lambda to my car. Its running b18c5.

Homever I ran into problems calibrating this lambda to S300.

Lambda sensor is installed around 5-10 cm after original o2 sensor and its before catalysator. Sensors wiring is connected to Gauge.

Gauge has also output connector with 4 wires, they're all connected as they should, blue unused, red to switched power, black to ground and white(signal wire) is connected to Hondata ECU.

I connected signal wire to Hondata ECU D10, which should be ELD connector.

In Smanager, I modified closed loop section with disabling Closed Loop operation, Disabling O2 Heater.

I assigned wideband to D10 in same Closed Loop section.

In Closed Loop section I also modified lambda conversion table so it matches with table AEM provided, 0 volts afr 10, 2.5 volts afr 15, 5 volts afr 20.

In Smanager misc section I disabled ELD.

I believe AEM Gauge shows correct AFR reading now, but problems starts when i'm trying to calibrate it into Hondata and I couldnt find confirmation from help pages so i'm askign here:

- IN Smanager Display section, I can assign new values to there so I went and assigned Lambda Voltage sensor there. This sensor, shows 4,4v and 4,5v all the times. Should this value be the voltage number thats coming from AEM uego cauge signal wire?

I measured voltages thats comign out from AEM gauge white wire, its showing less than 1v when i'm running idle and im pretty sure its correct.

I also measured the D10 pin output from Hondata S300, its showing around 4,5 volt all the times, should it show that value or the value thats coming out from aem Gauge via white wire??? ** i think this is problem now, same wire is getting 4.5 volt output from ECU and Lambdas sensor voltage from the Gauge where its connected**

in display section I also added AF value to be visible, its showing around 19.5 all the times so that indicats its just converting d10 voltage into AFR, or could the gauge output be that much off? or did I miss something? I didnt cut any resistors inside ecu, should this be done to correct problem?

AF sensor settings have 10-20 value.

I also have out of topic questions, these are something I eventually figure out but I'll ask them anyways

What is original B18C5 motor fuel pressure? I my fuel pump has been changed and I can modify the pressure in it.. and I think ex-ower of car has increased it.. I think I need to change this value in Smanager?

My car also has modified throttle body, i believe its bigger than original.. is this affecting b18c5 basemap alot? car is running currently really rich

edit: fixed some typos

Did you cut the wire going to the ELD?

Yes, d10 is going straight to aem gauge white wire

edit: I edited first post littlebit so its easier to read. homever biggest question in this post was that when everything has been setup way I did, what voltage output should hondata ecu send to D10(eld?) its assigned as wideband lambda connector in smanager settings.

Did you remove the resistors as stated in http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html

Make sure you have all you units the same. Don't mix lambda and AF

no I didnt cut resistors yet, I thought it was just causing wideband readings to be more narrower as described in some other problem thread.

but i'll do that :)

all units are AFR currently in settings.

does cutting resistors affect anything else?
