Error code 15 IGM??????!!!!

Parked my car for a few days (96 civic single cam turbo) and i went to start it this morning and it wouldnt start, it would crank and crank. So i hooked up my laptop and the s300 to read the codes and it threw Error code 15 IGM. what the hell could be causing this?

Follow the Helms manual for troubleshooting this error code.
