My vss is compensated for my new transmission with the s300, but my speed on my dashboard isn't right? off 7 mile per hour from ecu to dashboard

The speed signal goes from the speed sensor to both the ECU and dash. The ECU cannot change the speed on the dash.

any way to fix it or just remember the diffrence?

You'll just have to remember the difference, unless you find some aftermarket converter, but that is not something we support.
