CEL / MIL # 40 it keeps coming on

So recently I've had the Check Engine Light come on while driving, when I turn the car off and turn it back on the CEL goes away. Now when I short the connector and check to see what code it is I have a # 40 come up...but what in the hell is CEL # 40? I have a '01 Type-R running an S200 with a Hondata modified P06(P28) ecu.

Anyone have a clue to this?
